Just missed it.
2.8 in 29:00 – at about thsi point I accidentally bumped out the “emergency stop” key. 🙁

= 6.2 in 62:28

But I was using the treadmill’s distance and pace to increase from 5.7 mph at start and increase .1mph after each mile, with the last .2 at 6.3, a 9:31 pace.

Tomorrow I’ll start at 5.8. And so on. Let me do the math on when I’d run under 9…..
