A bit over 4 miles, nice easy pace. Lake views and a breeze – nothing wrong with that!

Nice long run. Total was 14.7, with 14.1 run along the Embarcadero and Marina areas from the Marriott Marquis Marina to Shelter Island. Stopped near the Maritime Museum/Midway to buy some orange juice and seltzer, which I drank and walked (the extra .6).

Nice run about 3 and change along San Diego Bay.

80 minutes tooling around San Diego. Tried to make it over the Cesar Chavez Bridge to Coronado, but a big no-go sign at the entrance ramp, 2.2 miles in, forced me to turn around and wander through the streets of downtown, from the Barrio past the baseball stadium through the Gaslamp and then up the…
