After a break for the weekend, 27:43 for my 3.1 miles: 8:56 pace. Moving up tomorrow.

OK, so we’re not going to count the unscheduled .6 mile “warm-up” that I was lucky enough to have as the result of an untimely call from the office. My total time was 27:52 for 3.1 miles, which gives me a time of 8:59 per mile. I cheated a little bit because I kept pushing…

3.1m in 29:55; 9:39 average. I did the last .8 at 8:57 pace. The negative splits feel good so far 🙂 I hope to be back under 9min by the end of the week.
