Swims getting longer

Swim at the Y on 1/17: About 55 min. In the big(?) pool at the Y, I’m doing roughly 21-22 strokes per length. Attempting the total immersion style has improved my endurance, in that I seem to be able to swim farther during each workout. Only trouble this visit was that my shuffle hadn’t charged.…

This was a quick workout on 1/16. Mostly @ 8.5 mph, little cooldown at 2.5, then last .1 @ 10 mph. Have to recharge my shuffle.
